Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to hygiene reasons, grooming tools and travel beds that have been used are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at cs@petpeek.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping address.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item with photo evidence.
